Educational / Clinical Psychologist
requirements:
Holder of Master or Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology
Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience in school or private practice setting
Fluent in English + Cantonese and/or Mandarin reading, writing and speaking
Eligible for membership in HKICP or HKAEP
Experienced in the areas of special needs and/or early childhood an advantage
Training in different psychotherapy approaches, including but not limited to play therapy, expressive arts therapy, creative arts therapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy an advantage
responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational / diagnostic / behavioural assessments of students suspected to have learning and social challenges
Prepare and deliver verbal and written assessment reports for the purpose of directing management of learning and behavioral difficulties and informing examination boards of recommended accommodations in school work and testing
Design and implement interventions for social, learning and behavioral issues
Provide counseling for children experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties
Conduct social skills and parenting groups

Speech and Language Therapist
requirements:
Holder of Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from recognised university
Holder of practicing certificate in Speech and Language Pathology and valid Hong Kong registration certificate
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a school and/or multi-disciplinary centre
Pediatric assessment and therapy experience with swallowing and stuttering
Provide centre and school-based speech and language assessments, and individual and group sessions, for children and adolescents
Plan and conduct social communication groups for children and adolescents
Work closely with Clinical Director and other specialists in Sprout’s multi-disciplinary team
Occupational Therapist
requirements:
Holder of Degree or Professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy
Registered with Hong Kong Occupational Therapists Board; holder of valid practicing certificate
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Provide centre-based individual and group training for children with special educational needs
Provide formal and informal occupational therapy and sensory processing assessments
Work closely with Clinical Director and other specialists in Sprout’s multi-disciplinary team
Experience in pediatrics an advantage
ABA Therapist
requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant ABA experience with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
RBT/BCaBA certification holder is preferred.
Provide 1-on-1 or group therapy, and school shadowing, for children with Autism
May be required to travel to clients’ homes/schools to conduct therapy
Prepare teaching materials
Supervision by BCBA supervisors will be provided and can be counted into different ABA certification programs.
Work closely with Clinical Director, supervisors, and other specialists in Sprout’s multi-disciplinary team
Reading / Multi-Sensory Literacy Specialist
requirements:
Holder of a university degree in Education, reading/literacy, or related subject
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with children with dyslexia and other language-based disabilities to teach reading, writing, and other literacy skills
Certified in Orton-Gillingham Approach or other reading specialist programs an advantage
Provide instruction and interventions for children and adolescents who struggle with reading, in either individual or group sessions
Prepare teaching materials
Work closely with Clinical Director and other specialists in Sprout’s multi-disciplinary team
